SUPERFUND CLEANUP OF THE LONGHORN ARMY AMMUNITION PLANT
In 2010, the EPA awarded a technical assistance grant (TAG) to Caddo Lake Institute to obtain the services of a technical advisor to analyze technical reports pertaining to cleanup of contamination at the LHAAP. A special website was established by the Caddo Lake Institute (CLI) to make information available to community members regarding reclamation and restoration issues at the former site of the Longhorn Army Ammunition Plant (LHAAP) in Karnack, Texas.
